| MADRID. - The Congress has approved the taking in consideration of the project of law for the reform of the Catalan Statute by 197 votes to favor and 146 in against, all of them of the PP, and an abstention. The text happens now to the Constitutional Commission to prepare a definitive text. Zapatero maintains that they will have to introduce itself |
